Yes — Cooch Removals is family-run, and it shows in how we work. You’ll deal with people who take it personally, turn up when they say they will, and treat your things the way we’d want ours treated. It’s the whole reason the name is on the van.

We move people right across the UK — local moves, moves out of the city, moves the length of the country — and internationally across Europe, with France, Spain, Germany and Ireland among the routes we run most. We collect from anywhere in the UK, not just the big cities.

Homes of every size, business and office relocations, single items and small moves when you don’t need a whole van, and international moves across Europe. Whatever you’re moving and wherever it’s going, we’ll scope it honestly.

We can do the lot, just the fragile and awkward bits, or supply materials if you’d rather pack yourself. For anything going abroad we’d strongly recommend proper export-grade packing — the road is long and it’s no place for a cut corner.

Both depend on the specifics — where it’s going, how much there is, the access at both ends, and (for international moves) customs. Rather than quote a number that might not hold, we scope your move and send a clear written quote with a realistic transit window for your particular job.

Yes. Moves from the UK into Europe now involve customs formalities for household goods. We prepare the documentation ahead of departure and tell you what you need in good time, so paperwork never becomes the thing that holds your belongings at the border.

We can. Move dates rarely line up perfectly, especially on a chain or an international move. We offer secure storage, short or long term, so a delay doesn’t force you to rush or derail the whole thing.

Yes — offices, shops and workspaces, planned around your operating hours to keep downtime to a minimum. We survey properly, plan the sequence, and can work out of hours or at weekends where that suits you better.

We take great care with everything we carry, and appropriate goods-in-transit cover applies to your move. We’ll talk you through the cover and you can arrange extra insurance for anything of particularly high value. It’s all set out clearly in your booking.
